Q: What is your service area?
A: Being based in Montclair we are able to reach North Orange County, East Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire quite easily.
Q: Are you by appointment only?
A: No. We do take same day appointments if it's early enough in the day and there is enough daylight complete the job proposed.
Q: Do I have to be present the entire time for the detail?
A: It is not necessary for you to be there the entire time or at all. We just need access to the vehicle and enough room to work. As far as payment, we accept Venmo (or cash) that way you can continue with your day while we work.
Q: Can you detail at my job or apartment?
A: At your apartments, yes. The only thing we ask is to have enough space to move around the vehicle. If you’re parked in a tight spot with no open spaces, that makes things a lot more complicated for us. 9 out of 10 times we can perform the detail at your job. The only thing we ask is if you can confirm that we’re allowed on the premises. Property management sometimes does not like/allow detailers performing work on-site.

Full Interior Cleaning
How long does it take to clean my interior?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, between 3 to 5 hours. Once we see the condition, we can give you a more accurate time range.
Will my car smell like chemicals once you’re done?
Absolutely not. We do not use harsh chemicals and there will be zero trace of any smell other than your clean car. Till this day, we’ve never had a customer mention anything about a chemical smell.
What’s your cleaning process?
We use a variety of brushes, cleaners, and machines to thoroughly clean your interior. How we clean an interior is primarily based around the condition and type of material. Sometimes it just needs a quick cleaning with a brush, other times, it needs the steamer and extractor.
We’ve cleaned hundreds of interiors by now and have proven methods to tackle a variety of conditions. So you’re in good hands!
How long does it take for the seats to dry after a shampoo?
When it’s relatively warm outside, by the time we’re done with the interior, the carpets and seats should be 85% dry. It’ll take another hour for them to be completely dry. If it’s cold outside, it takes much longer to dry as the water doesn’t escape as easily from the fabrics. With that being said, we never oversaturate your fabric. You’re not going to see puddles of water or anything.
Additionally, we use a specific upholstery tool designed to not oversaturate the surface with water. This makes the drying time much faster.
Are you able to remove every stain?
We’re 100% confident in our skills and knowledge to get your interior cleaned to the best condition possible. However, some stains maybe far too gone for us to completely remove. Regardless, we’ll do everything we can to make it look its best. If we can’t remove it, we’ll at least make it look significantly better.
Do you repair upholstery?
At this time we do not repair any upholstery like torn leather or sagging headliners. We strictly clean and detail.
Do you remove seats to get underneath them?
With the tools, products, and knowledge we have, we’re able to reach a lot of areas in the interior without having to remove the seats. So we do not remove seats.
Can you remove odor from my vehicle?
Cleaning an interior to make it look better is different than removing an odor from the vehicle. We can definitely remove the odor, but it takes additional steps before we get to the odor removal part of it. We first have to thorough clean the interior, then we’ll use a fogger or Ozone machine to eliminate the smell.
Wash and Wax
Will this remove scratches from my paint?
Technically it will hide and cover the micro scratches on your paint. The wax essentially puts a layer of protection over your paint that fills in some of those scratches. This is what creates the shine.
If you want a higher level of shine by actually removing swirls and scratches, then that would be paint correction.
How long does the wax last?
This is based on how you store and take care of your vehicle. If it’s sitting outside 90% of the time, then the wax won’t last as long since it’s always being beaten up by the sun, rain, bird poo, etc… You can expect about 2 to 3 months of protection.
If your car is parked in the garage at work and home 90% of the time, then you can get 3 to 6 months of protection. Especially if you wash your car and add a spray wax each time.
Do you clay bar the paint?
Of course! Before we apply the wax, your paint has to be cleaned of any loose dirt or bonded contaminants so the wax can adhere to your paint properly. We mechanically (clay bar) and chemically (iron remover) decontaminate the paint.
What kind of wax do you use?
There’s so many products on the market now. It’s crazy. We use brands like Meguiar’s Griot’s Garage, Chemical Guys, and a few more. All of which are high quality.
My paint feels rough. Will this service take care of that?
It sure will! Your paint can feel rough because of two things: One, maybe it’s just been a while since you’ve last clayed the paint and there’s a lot of stuck on dirt on the paint. The second reason could be paint overspray landed on your vehicle. A clay bar application can solve this problem.
How long does this service take?
It depends on the size and condition of your car. Generally speaking, between 3 to 5 hours.
How long does it take to polish my vehicle?
This is one of the most tedious and time-consuming services we offer. The time it takes to complete your vehicle is based on the size, condition, and end-result you want. Even if it’s a 2-door vehicle but you want a high level of correction, it can take 12 or more hours to complete. On that same 2-door vehicle but you only want light polish, it can take 5 hour. It just depends.
Can you do the work at my location or do I bring it to you?
Of all the services we offer, paint correction requires the most criteria in terms of the space and environment we’re in. We need a clean work environment to polish the vehicle without dust and debris continually falling onto the paint.
Most of the time we can do the service at your location, but there will be a few times where the service will take more than a day (or maybe the work area isn’t ideal), that it’ll be best to drop it off at our home location.
Does this remove or hide the swirls and scratches?
Paint correction removes the swirls from your paint entirely. The only time you’ll see swirls and scratches is if you reinstall them back into your paint via improper washing and drying of the vehicle.
Do you offer ceramic coatings?
Yes! We have a variety of ceramic coatings to fit your needs. In order for us to install the coating, your paint will have to go through our paint correction process. We offer professional grade 9H ceramic coatings varying from 3 to 9 years of durability.
I have water spots on my car. Will paint correction remove it?
Yes, any imperfections in the paint like swirls, scratches, paint transfer, and water spots can be removed through paint correction.
My clear coat is peeling, does paint correction fix this?
Unfortunately, if your clear coat is peeling, which we call clear coat failure, then there’s not much a detailer can do. At that point, you’ll need the vehicle to be resprayed. If there’s only a little bit of clear coat failure on a certain panel, then your paint can still be saved.
Does this remove scratches, water spots, or roughness from the paint?
The Premium Wash is a maintenance-focused service. It’s not meant for any thorough cleaning or polishing of the paint. If you want to remove water spots or scratches, that’ll be paint correction.
Can you wash my car at my location?
Yes, we’re a self-equipped mobile detailing unit. We carry our own water and power so we can get the job done at your location, whether that’s your house, apartment, or work location.
What’s the difference between the local car wash and your Premium Wash?
You’re correct, they are both car washes, but we take our process to a higher degree to give you a better end result.
For instance, we use a safe washing and drying method to not introduce swirls and scratches, we blow out all the water from the nooks and crannies, we clean the door jambs, add a spray wax for shine, we use deionized water to eliminate water spot issues, and dress the tires and fenders.
Q: What’s the difference between the Mini-Interior Detail and the Full Interior Cleaning?
A: For the Full Interior Cleaning, we’ll clean your entire interior from top to bottom, front to rear, to best condition possible. The Mini-Interior Detail is a thorough vacuuming and wipe down of the dust that’s accumulated on the surfaces. It’s more of an upkeep service.
Q: Does the Mini-Interior Detail remove stains or pet hair?
A: Yes, if you have something specific in mind you want cleaned, just let us know when requesting a quote. Of course, the price will be higher for the additional work we provide but we can definitely take care of that for you.
How long does this service take to complete?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, but generally speaking it takes 1.5 hours to complete.
Q: I’m not sure if I need the Mini-Interior Detail or the Full Interior Cleaning.
A: No problem! Just send us some photos of your interior and we can suggest which option is best for you.
Is water going to damage my engine?
It can if you’re not careful, but we’re very careful during the entire process. We don’t flood the engine with water. We use just enough to rinse off the cleaner and dirt (which isn’t much). We use the wand at a safe distance. We cover up any sensitive areas for added precaution.
There was an oil leak. Can you clean that?
Unfortunately, if the oil/grease leak is too heavy, we won’t be able to clean it up. It gets into all the nooks and crannies of the engine bay and we’re not physically able to reach all those areas. If the leak has been there for a while, it makes it even more difficult to clean up. Our engine bay cleanings focus on the top-level surface.
Can you come just to clean my engine bay?
At this time, we no longer offer this as a standalone service. You’ll have to pair it with another service for us to come out to you.
What’s the engine cleaning process?
In a shortened version, it goes: inspect the engine > cover any sensitive areas > thoroughly spray and agitate > dry off bay> apply dressing to plastic and rubber.
Since there’s so many intricate areas to the engine bay, we have a lot of different brushes to help us reach all those areas.
How long does it take to finish this job?
It depends on the size, condition, and complexity of the engine bay. Generally speaking, it takes less than an hour.
Do you shine the engine bay?
Yes! Once we’ve cleaned and dried off the engine bay, we’ll use our water-based dressing and apply it to all the plastic and rubber areas.
How long will my engine bay stay clean?
It depends on the car you have and how you take care of it. Some cars are sealed off pretty good and don’t allow as much water, dirt, and debris to enter. So it stays relatively clean for a while.
Other cars that have wide open grilles and are not as sealed off, it makes it much easier for dirt, water, and debris to get in there. Wiping the engine bay once a month (or whenever you wash the vehicle) will help keep it in great condition
